WHO ARE WE? The Arlington Area Childcare Provider Support Group is an organization committed to meeting the needs of the home childcare provider and the families they serve. We offer professional development training hours, FREE referrals to families seeking care, mentoring to new providers and networking among childcare professionals. Established in 2005, the AACPS was formed by a small group of providers looking for a supportive, professional training and networking resource. WHAT WE OFFER PARENTS: The AACPS offers FREE referrals to Parents seeking a home childcare environment. See our Parents page for more info! How Do I Find A Home Child Care Provider? To find a Home Child Care Provider near you, click on the tab of the area you desire. If there are no providers near you, consider looking outside your immediate area- along your route to work, or closer to your workplace for instance. Many parents feel that finding the right childcare environment for their child is more important than convenience. Once you have found the right Provider for you, please inform them that you found their name on our website. We are not a referral agency, and neither the Parent nor the Provider pays a fee for this service.
